Raw food is much easier to digest than processed and cooked food, absolutely. Juicing, however, gets rid of the part that is hardest to digest -- the fiber (which mostly goes undigested, anyway, but that doesn't stop your system from trying!). Fresh juice is like a megadose of nutrition -- all the nutrition that's carried by the liquid in the fruit or vegetable is now free of its cellulose chains and can easily penetrate your digestive system.
