Oh no!!! I can't believe I've been spending all my time on the Liver Flush Forum !! They just don't get into nasty debates like this. This was all posted a long time ago, I hope I'm not too late to get in on it. I consider myself to be reasonably educated on food, but not an expert. From what I can tell, if you are unable because of where you live, financially, because of time restraints, etc, to grow your own food, it is still better to take your chances with organic pesticides than to eat non organic or to eat the hormone, disease ridden animals that loose 99% of the nutrients (that weren't that abundant to begin with) during the cooking process. Obviously, if you ate them raw you'd be into a whole new host of problems. What's the alternative? Die of starvation? Maybe that insanity is setting in, but I've gotta eat something.
