TERRIFIED of fasting - but desperately need to!!
Hey, folks. I am at wits end, here... I am a model, and have gain 6 lbs in 2 weeks time. Basicly, I am extreamely distressed. So I need to loose weight quickly, and calm my nerves. And I most definitely could use a cleansing! I have fasted before - about 4 years ago!! At that time, I only did 3 days. I hope to go a minimum of 4 days - more if I can handle it.
My problem, is that I really am terrified of fasting. I am one of those people who eats out of distress - and KEEPS eating. I work-out LOTS (as you can imagine - with my profession). But if you can't stop stuffing your face, you will gain weight, regardless! It seems I am in a constant state of "panic". And I am terrified that once I start my fast, and that hunger, or panic kicks in, I won't be able to handle it.
I intend to start tomorrow. Wednesday I have to go out of town - I am a little concerned. I will be driving for 7 hours. Driving makes me VERY tired. I do not want to "doze off"! And I really can't remember - will I be able to fast and still be alert?
Reckon that's enough for now... I'm terrified just thinking about fasting!
