That was a very thoughtful message...

Here is my positon. First - I am a model. It is my job to be fit and trim. I am not anorixic or bulimic. Basically, I eat a balanced diet, with suppliments, alkaline water, and lots of exercise. I am VERY healthy. I practice alternative medicines...which brings to my "problem".

Like everyone else in this world, I handle my distress by eating...and eating, and eating. Lately, my life has been a little more distressfull than normal! THAT is what the real issue is. The second I eat a little more than necessairy, I know there is something wrong. It is a manifestation of the distress I am creating within. I can choose to handle the stresses in my life with "concern". Or I can choose to handle them with "worry". Worry creates distress. Distress hormones build up, and have no way to release themselves. Eating is the easiest way to rid the body of these hormones. The catch - is to NOT GET distressed in the first place!!! THAT is what I am working on. Fasting - forces the issue. The second food comes into mind - it is time for reflection.
