Yes - physiologically speaking, exercise is one of the best things you can do while fasting. It helps move toxins out of the system, and keeps your metabolism from slowing down. I always exercise while fasting, putting in at least an hour of cardio a day. This may be too much for some people. A 20 minute walk will suffice.
