In essence, you are going through a healing crisis. If you want to feel better - don't eat. Try to switch over to a Water Fast for at least 4 days. Take some magenisum or dieter's tea to cleanse your colon (this will help relieve the pains you are experience - they are the result of toxins being released into your system). After 4 days of Water Fasting (or more if you can), switch back to juice fasting for 4 days. After that, re-introduce solids into your diet, STAYING with raw foods for a few days.
