I agree completely that table Sugar is simular to cocain, and about as addictive. However I would like to add that fructose is simularly addictive. Bananas, watermelon, and grapes are the worst, then comes apples, peaches, and then citris fruits, and at the bottom are berries and sweet veggies. If I happen to eat a banana its all over for me cause Ill eat them and Watermelon until im so full that I can hardly breath. Honey Im not completely sure about yet, But I bet its down there with berries. I really like the raw honey. Its funny how there exists about 2000+ different types of fruit in the world and we only get about 20 here, and most have been genetically manipulated like bananas and watermelon...but im not sure about grapes. I would venture the guess that all Sugar is addictive, including steamed veggies and cooked grains. I just wish I had access to more varieties of less sweet fruit...i just might have to move to the tropics.
