I woke up feeling like I was retaining a ton of water. I downed 2 glasses of water. That made me need to go to the bathroom. I am prone to migraines so I decided that to make sure I stay hydrated, every time I go to the bathroom, I would be sure to drink more water. Too often, I don't drink any until I am really thirsty. Well, I sure am going a lot, but I feel great! No headache, lots of energy. I have even shampooed the carpet and gone swimming. I had a short bout with temptation after I went swimming, but after I drank more water, I was fine.
