I'm in - only ever done a 3 day Water Fast and never got to the "light" and "full of energy" place. It was really hard and I was always hungry.

Anyways - hoping that joining with you all will help me get to the above-mentioned benefits. I have been fasting all day and was close to breaking it until I read this email - so it must be fate!
