Please read up on fasting before you do a 30 day fast. It is not to lose weight but a purification process. Do a three day and after a week do a 5 day wait a few weeks and then a ten day. You will learn much about yourself and then go for a two week fast. You will need to clean yourself out because there won't be any food passing through to do the job. Not a biggie! Do this on a daily bases while on a fast. What is critical is coming off a fast. You will have little if any good bacteria to digest your food and if you start eating a meal you will suffer terrible pain. Eat a half of a raw patato and wait a few hours and then eat the other half of patato, wait and hour and then eat a very light sandwich. Go easy on the food for the first few days. Oh! Don't tell anyone you are fasting. They will drive you crazy. Good luck.
