FOr the first 2 posters....I hate the break this to you but you 2 are not significantly overweight to be doing a long term fast for weightloss? 5'2 @ 125 is healthy range and so is 5'7 at 135. The fact that you guys are saying you are depressed well it sounds like you have an eating disorder or the beginning stages of one? You should not be using this to make you not depressed.
