I want to do this, but I find myself making excuses. I work 12 hours a day on average, and don't always have immediate bathroom access. I did the Master-Cleanse for three days and was having very bad detox, so I worked up to solids by day 5. I need a decent amount of energy. My work day consists of office, driving, and dealing with people on a friendly basis. I'm looking for suggestions, tips, words of wisdom. My eating habits right now are horrible amd I'm having a heck of a time breaking the cycle. I'm 62 inches, @ 175 lbs. I was athletic and reasonably muscular when I was 150 lbs (I'm pretty curvy, lol), but I truly dislike my appearance and health. Thank you in advance.
