Thank you so much for the response. I think it is a blood Sugar thing. I struggle with candida and low blood suger, but as day 5 goes on, I am feeling a bit better actually. I wouldnt want to run a race but better. I have been drinking a powdered green juice from the healthfood store, has barley grass and wheat grass...spirulina...etc and vital broth which is the water from cooking potatoe peelings, carrots, beets, onions, garlic. I think maybe I was drinking to much juice like bluberry..strawberry..along with carrot...today I had a nutrition drink of ultraclear sustain, from a naturopath, this morning I was just so weak and felt awful...before the fast I was struggling with adrenal fatigue, some yeast problems and a bit of depression...but wasn't major major unhealthy. I think I will try more different things like you said...maybe some broccoli.
