I'm a coffee drinker. I work from 4pm to 3am so coffee is part of my everyday routine. I notice on the days I dont have it I get a terrible migraine so I just give in and drink a cup. This is my first day I'm starting the fast any suggestions on breaking the caffeine addiction? My mother said I should just try to wien myself off and do the fast longer to make up for the time I'm still drinking coffee. What do you think?
