try drinking/sipping at 6-10 oz. o.j.s through out the day on a schedule like every 2-4 hours you are awake so you blood Sugar doesnt drop and you dont get cravings. also drink alot of water inbetween those o.j.s to fill you up.
i find that the juice is easier to stick to than the water thing.
and you dont run into the tired/low potassium problems
