Failed day one and am now starting again. Today is my first day and I am DETERMINED to make it to day 5 at least! - The best part is when you're sleeping! wish I could just sleep for five days and wake up 5 pounds thinner! lol.
I am leaving for my trip on Tuesday - haven't seen these people in a year but I've gainned during that year. So Sad - how do we let ourselves get to this point? I can't believe I allowed myself to gain the weight - it was always "Well I'll have to start exercising next week" but next week never came and next thing you know I've blown up 6 sizes!
How do you guys deal with diner time at your house?
