Eat mostly fish, tofu, veggies, and veggies. But I would on more occasions have some sweets (right before period times) and eat fast food. Thats what cause to weight gain, not the good food...LOL. I love rice and potatoes and can eat them for Breakfast, lunch and dinner everyday. But I have to turn that around to wild rice (which I love too) and the purple potato they sell here in Hawaii. In general I ate good, but I would go off sometimes and too much of! But I am making a list of healthy foods to eat when I finish this fast I hope Sept. 6. Again when the juice kicks in I don't know, but my body will tell me:).
