On the left hand side of the page you will see "weight loss tools" and a bunch of different options. They have a "Calorie Calcultor" - this is great. You select an activity (ie. walking the dog, washing the dishes, etc.) and enter how long you will be doing this activity for and your weight - and it calculates how many calories you will burn!
