Celery contains:
Calories from Carbohydrate = 2
Calories from Protein = 1

I found this wonderful website that will tell you what is in any food you want!

On the left hand side of the page you will see "weight loss tools" and a bunch of different options. They have a "Calorie Calcultor" - this is great. You select an activity (ie. walking the dog, washing the dishes, etc.) and enter how long you will be doing this activity for and your weight - and it calculates how many calories you will burn!

Not sure if this will benefit anyone but I thought I'd pass it along.
