I AM TRULY STARTING TODAY>.. I have been starting and failing for the past couple of months and have lost and gained @10lbs. The longest was 4 days.. I want to do 10 days water then 2 days juice and have light Thanksgiving then back to juice for rest of November then on the makers Diet/setting captives free/low carb/all around healthy to keep losing and have atleast one 24 hours fast each week This is @ 40 days before I leave go on vacation for the Holidays to see parents and I want them to see me at least 20lbs lighter... Lets post stats
