I feel your pain. I don't officially start my fast until tomorrow but I will have to prepare food for others as well. Just get into the mindset that you are more than a conqueror and that nothing can stop you now. Take it one minute at a time and you are that much stronger for having withstood the temptation and recognized it for what it was. It's just food and you'll have it again soon. Just not right now. The best advice I ever read was to not let yourself think of how good any food would taste. Just immediately banish the thought when it arrives.
