Anyway i couldnt help to step on the scale last night so i was down to 159 probably just water..
It's was soooooooo hard yesterday cooking for family but i did it..
GOOD LUCK TO ALL>> I will post later today for progress right now not hungry at all . Usually kicks in @3-4pm then again @ 7-8 pm but i plan to read those time frames. Being at work is easy i have no snacks..Home is hard .. have 3 kids so we do have goodies.. One thing that helped yesterday was when i got home i was starving and when i got mail i had my first SHAPE magazine.. Oh yeah that cover helped me stay strong.!!!
