I read your message and it really hit me as it felt close to home.
I have put on 15 pounds the last eight months mainly due to overeating. I have decided that I cannot go on like this - I feel heavy and fat, all my clothes feel tight, and I feel very depressed. I can hardly recognise myself anymore...
I am making a start today. My plan is to drink lots of water, eat only fruit and salads and do lots of 48 hour fasts.
In the beginning of May I will celebrate my 30th birthday. I really want to make a fresh start for the new decade in my life.
I think 15 pounds by the end of April is reasonable.
