i have been trapped in the 'i'll start tomorrow' cycle... and each time tomorrow comes, it gets renewed!

i am losing faith and i'm needing help here people!

i have 30 pounds to lose - 30 pounds of FAT FAT FAT!

it seems that every person on this board has the same amount to lose! so it would be great if we could come together and get through this!!

i think what would help me is having as much online support as possible! i'm online during the day and evening - so if anyone else is, let me know!
