once i gorged on frosted flakes until i threw up. most times, i just eat until im about to bust, then lay down for an hour, and get up and eat some more. i have done/felt everything you wrote about, and THANK YOU for sharing it. fasting really does "center" you. im on day 7 and i feel so content and confident and in control, and the reflecting on my food habits are going to help shape healthy ones when i finish this transition.
