you know i bet it IS the dairy, i usually dont intake any (hence the soy milk), but slim fast doesnt make the dairy free Soy mix i used to buy, and now that i am finally committed and remaining faithful to this fast (liquid diet) daily, the next closest thing i found was this kroger instant breakfast. i will look around for other powder mixes, maybe my tastebuds have adjusted enough now that i dont absolutely HAVE to have a chocolatey drink like i did.
