oh destiny, thank you! i believe that a lot of fasting/weight loss is mental, just as is anything we do in life. i have tried and stopped many times doing 1 - 2 day fasts. but now im on day 10 and i feel great,and i attribute it to support i get here and positive attitude. sometimes we do need that one "trigger" that has us decide what we're going to do.
