im not "fasting" hardcore, im doing like a liquid diet.
********i fast 6 days a week. i break for friday dinner. i drink a generic instant breakfast (half a packet)with soy milk (8 oz), it comes to 165 calories a drink. i drink every two hours, 5-7 drinks a day, maxing at 1,155 calories a day. i also take a multivitamin and fiber tablet each morning.********
