diedre, you have lost 9 lbs in 10 days, that is A LOT! i know 9 days feels forever, at least i know it does for me, but try to step back and put it into perspective. with other diets you lose 1-2 pounds a week, and you've far excelled that, youre doing great!!!
when i'm feeling stuck, i journal all the reasons i want to lose weight, i look at the pounds lost in the days past, i stop and remember that a week ago, a month ago, a year ago, i didnt weigh as little as i do right now.
