its really neat because you can put in your current weight and your goal weight.
and then a pop up comes up with a little chart comparing your current weight and your goal weight to each other.
also as i look in the mirror..i may up my goal weight from 115 to 125 or even 130.
right now i am at 145 on a 5'5'' frame
i will see how it goes and what i look like. i look thinner at 145 than i used to when i was in highschool. but then again i was 2 inches shorter and a B cup instead of a D/DD cup.

ahh...its a good day. even thought i am starting to feel drunk again from detox. these mild drunken detox waves are actually kinda relaxing as wierd as that sounds.
and my s.o. with his 16 pound loss is offically below the weight for health risk. which is totally awesome. he has actually been nicer on the detox than regular. he keeps telling me he loves me and hugging me. i may never feed him again! haa haa
seriously though i think i am going to ask him to keep a food journal. he is a sensitive body and allergic to a lot of enviromental things. so i wouldnt be suprised if he had some food allergies that made him grumpy.
he keeps saying "i havent eaten for (x) days! i have never gone this long without eating! and why the hell am i not hungry!" he knows why hes not as i made him read up on fasting before starting so he would know how to handle it himself if he was out or at work. but he is amazed.
