So "ability to choose" is what seperates the soldier from the fetus?
What about the mother's ability to choose? By removing the mother's ability to choose you would make her life valuable like the fetus, correct? She's now a victim by your definition, a victim that was created by removing her right to choose. So, technically you would be just as bad as the mother who has an abortion - you removing her ability to choose would make her a victim the way you say a mother who has an abortion makes the fetus a victim.
You would be making that mother a victim by removing her choice to have an abortion. If abortion becomes outlawed a whole new class of victims will be created, mothers who have no "ability to choose". Are you then going to rally for their cause since they now have no choice like the fetuses? Because you had rallied against their choice, and as a result they are now victims?
