Okay I thought about it.

And if you'll notice my reply was not concerning the... uh... joke.  It was concerning the statement: anyone who is pro-abortion is anti-child and frankly I don't think that was meant as a joke. And if it was, I fail to see the humor.

Wrong forum for such jokes.  Especially since abortion is just not a joke.  Not in my book.
