i am sorry you are so grounded in this world in that physical body. i dont speak of biological age ...i speak to your soul..........you have yet to begun your ascension to the other side...you have no idea still yet about your spiritual soul......have you seen it??? have you met your spirit guide who walks through your life with you?? do you see any of that ?? meditation helps you get more in touch with your inner self....I have met my spirit guide i have seen parts of the other side...i must admit i dont meditate as much as i would like to...but it is one of my most favorite things ...also did the NDE ..i am very very spiritual ...that is why you insult me...i am not threatened by your words..i find you not on my level spiritually...i am way past where you are now.....you know?? when i got my AH HA moment! you are describing was about 7 yrs ago....i didnt need to go to a church ...
