well, try this recipe and lemmi know how it feels!

1st: try to fast the whole day not to drink or eat anything, if u can, is not necessary but recommended.

2nd: Try to get the seeds of around 15 dates, and break them in plastic bag by a hammer, so they would not splinter all around and then lose'm.

Try to boil'm in very low fire for around 2_3 hours and then purify'm, pour'm in a glass & drink'm hot with a spoon of honey . well if u can drink like 2 liters of them warm all at once it would be perfect.

This recipe is to break and flush kidney stones all in one day. It has some success with bladder stones, but I aint so sure.

I am sure though u will feel so many things r moving from ur kidneys difinetly.

I & others have tried this and saw stones coming out almost next day.

You try it for 3 days in row if it doesn work the first time.
