Black tea

Hi Janaki!

I used to drink a lot of a black tea with sugar, I used to eat a lot of home style jams.

The solution for me was to stop putting any sugar in my tea and eat only honey. For a few years now I don't drink black tea. Reason one- they don't sell the right stuff, and two - I found better things. GCG for example. Sometimes herbal – rosehip, red bush.

Now I take a bit of honey on occasion, not every day and no sugar at all. I eat only natural foods and raw not processed grains. I hate muesli like mixes, they are poison! Sometimes I like honeycomb. I take it with warm herbal tea or water just enough to make it chewable, but not burn my mouth. This way you can be sure you take good honey and also some active components of bee wax. Did you know they heat commercial honey to get rid of honeycomb chips? And many good things in the honey are destroyed by high temperature.

There is the way to get of sugar, also you might take a lot of honey in the beginning, later on you drop amounts. The key is the pure taste of tea. Sugar takes it away.
