I've made lots kombucha in the past, and I loved the way it became slightly carbonated when it was perfectly fermented. The description of rejuvelac reminds me of that a little - we'll see! I'll take it easy and not drink too much at first.
I also lacto-ferment veggies, and I feel that in general, fermented foods are beneficial to our health. I'm very interested in your fermented berry drink and would like to try that too.What do you think of fermented veggies, MH?
