I have been very ill for the last several months, nearly a year. I have always been a chicken and fish eater, not really beef. About 2.5 months ago I changed to an all-raw vegan diet to see if that would help with my health problems. I have not in fact seen an improvement, but worsening of my condition. Now I crave meat, and do not want to eat it, but I fear that my body needs it right now. I love the all-raw way, but my body just needs more protien than it can provide. What should I do?
