That is a far out story (I believe it), 20 minutes is so quick, I heard warts are caused by a virus. Being that the body is pressurized like what MH says. The body had a tendacy to remove diseases the fasted way possible IE push toxins, tumors, and anything else to the surface of the skin to be gotten rid of, bathing assists in cleaning the skin and in a crunch, a moist cloth or rag could be used for bathing, Ideal for coma or ill patients.

I have heard stories from a Hare Krsna friend who advises Ghee with Tumeric for alot of healing. One lady was taking one table spoon of ghee and tumeric daily and massageing over a cervical tumor area, after about five weeks the tumor had surfaced (pressure healing) and all kinds of puss was leaving the body. Amazing how nature can perform its own surgery if given the right circumstances.

I read an article that moles' and freckles were caused by the happilanoma virus (pretty sure I mispelled it) if I find the article I will let you know.
