great mixture for B-vitamins

Hello every one,

I took MH's advice and am making a brewers yeast drink and it's fantastic. I take organic ida red apples wash & cut into quarters put them in my blender with distilled water just enough to make a nice thick consistency add maple syrup to taste and 2 or 3 scoops of Lewis laboratories brewers yeast.(or any good yeast)

I put this mixture into a good size jar and put it in the fridge over night at least 8 hours and drink the remainder the next day.( and I get a nice mellow niacin rush) a warm feeling all over.

It taste so good and makes a nice thick apple shake, it's not thin like a juice because it contains all it's precious fiber.

Enjoy
Blessings
