It might also be a sign of overactive adrenals from what I have read. Do you have trouble sleeping at night? I would check it out just in case you have it you want to treat it early. I have underactive adrenals bordering adrenal failure and am trying my hardest to recover but its no walk in the park. I tried doing the orange juice fast but I am so hypoglycemic from this that I cant even go one day!!! The longest I have been able to fast was five days. Its no fun.
