what do you think about raw, organic dates. I like them but I find them somewhat addictive. I know their glycemic index is very high, but are they still a valuable food? Do you think they could cause candida along with other types of high glycemic index fruit? I've been on raw foods since January and some people on raw foods find that they have a very hard time on only fruits due to candida. I eat some wild vegetables too as well as raw nuts and seeds.
