I would do a few liver flushes, eat only organic whole foods, take liver building/cleansing herbs, and stop drinking alcohol and smoking. I am cleansing my liver right now with herbs and I am going through serious anxiety attacks because my liver is so bad. It's no walk in the park but the brainfog is slowly lifting. It will help, believe me. I do not know how I've made it this far!!! I have lived EVERY DAY in a drunk/high/brainfog for 11 months!!! Not one day without it. ITs so scary, I know. But if I can do it, you can do it.
