I use no supplements or vitamins, assuming that I am getting all the necessary minerals and vites in the load of broccoli, mustard greens, Kale etc that I add to my rice and fish (usually sardines or salmon) mix. I also include raw garlic with every meal to help chelate any mercury out of the fish.I used to include beans, but they tend to give me gas and wreck havoc with my intestinal tract.
I also tend to arrange my sleep routine into several 3 hour segments a day.
I alsodrink copious amounts of water, and no hard liquor at all, but generous quantities of draft beer.
