Well, as for protien being 10 times more digestable when cooked I am going to have to disagree, only because when I eat cooked meat It takes forever to digest and I get constipated, where as I now I eat between a 3/4 to 1-1/4 pounds of raw fish daily and it goes right through me...and the interesting thing is that it really doesnt come out at all, it all goes to building muscle. I have gained about 12 pounds since I started eating all this raw fish and I dont even work out...go figure.
