I believe you should familiarize youself with the real world of alternative med. and not relay on Quacks like Weil! I am well aware of Weston Prices history and if you read the sight with an open mind you will see the wisdom in his studies! Sally Falon and others have brought these studies into modern day light and are well respected in the real alternative med.world!
