Yes very ! but I raise hens for raw egss and find or trade for wild game when I can! What is available is very expensive so i detox and do the cleansing protocal as much as i can! I also a firm believer in in mega dosing with vitamin C I find Dr Linus Pualing to be right on target ! i have nt had a cold or virus or flue in years while others around me are sufferinf with these maladies I just increase my dosage and smile!
