I recently replaced fruit with steamed potatoes and steamed veggies and my Sugar cravings have gone down dramaticly. There is quite a bit of Sugar in cooked foods, and I would prefer to be completely raw, but for now, I just want my body to heal from all the highs and lows. I think my kidneys have had all that they can handle any way. Ill try again to get rid of Sugar completely once again when I can return to the mountains. For now Im kinda stuck...but it could be worse.
