I have a huge craving for peanuts and eat them everyday. It's very ritualistic. There's something nice about shelling them and eating them. The question is that they are still very fattening and high in calories. I would rather eat them than an omlet w/cheeze but still. This morning I sat and ate about 4 servings in 1 sitting. A serving is aout 190 calories. I had a few cherries and water with that. How bad is that??? I do eat other normal foods (fattening) I'm scared i will balloon any minute now or hurt myself with all these damn peanuts!
