Re: Ladies with candida I need your advice please!

My first response to candida is always, Pau D'arco. From inside out it works. I use the tablets by Source Naturals. I start with 8 tablets, for the first 4-7 days then drop to 4 tablets a day for the next 2-3 weeks. It really helped my daughter who developed a rash under both arms that continued to spread. After 2-3 days on PD, both sides had stopped itching and were on the mend.

Coconut oil is a good adjunct to the PD. It didn't help us the first time we tried it, but it did seem to help clear up the small patches left after starting the PD. It also worked as a pretty good deodorant while we were using it, she didn't require any additional deodorant the entire time.

There are other things to try, but this is the only thing that cleared up the rash, and that is including the Nystatin, bactroban/ Antibiotics , and Elidel she was prescribed.
