Cacao contains alot of fat and is acidifying. The processed chocolate with all the added sugars and flavors even more. It`s addictive so people tend to eat it even more and more. One might say it`s a very concentrated form of food and most of the people cannot digest it. But why is it that the cacao/chocolate is so hard on the kidneys is it because of the Theobromine that makes it a no no food?
