You may be mostly correct about any chocolate which has a lot of Refined sugar added to it!
But, "IF" you get the Raw or Dark chocolate or the Cacao and add Raw sugar which has it's Molasses still in it, then you may have a very Healthy treat!
For the Raw or Dark chocolate or Cacao may have a bitter taste from the Alkaline Minerals which it may contain, and people will not like this taste, but by sweetening this with a Natural sweetner which has enough Alkaline Minerals, you may end up solving your chocolate sweet tooth in a Healthy way!
As far as the fats or oils or what ever you want to call it in the Cacao, this may not cause a problem of causing the body to become too Acidic, unless this has been Hydrogenated!
For "IF" it is in the Raw state and has not been processed as to remove the Alkaline Minerals, then it may be very good for the body in Moderation!
As far as the problem of bromine of any form being a problem, this may not be so "IF" the product is in the more Raw state!
This may be more of a problem when the Cacao has been refined down and does not have enough Alkaline Minerals in it!
Like all other foods, they are mostly Good for you, "IF" they are grown properly and picked Ripe and have not been Refined and Processed!
